Why Exhibit?

In its move to become a nuclear free country, Taiwan has set a target for renewable energy sources to supply 20% of the Island’s energy needs by 2025. A key part of this initiative is a proposed NTD 1 trillion budget from the Taiwan government to build 5.5GW of offshore wind energy supply by then. It is estimated that this initiative will create 20,000 jobs and reduce carbon emissions by 10.5mn MT.

Intercon Convention Management, a member of the Interplan Group, looks to helping make this goal a reality by creating the first B2B platform dedicated to development and localization of Taiwan’s wind energy industry. Via an exciting line-up of seminars, discussion panels, recruiting fairs and business matchmaking forums, we will bring together a rich list of buyers, suppliers and industry experts from Taiwan and overseas.
